However, any cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled departure date of the initial flight on Air France.

· In case, if the passengers have purchased their Air France ticket from a travel agency, then they’ll need to contact them directly for further info on their cancellations & refunds.

· If the passengers have purchased their flight tickets via Air France official website or the ticket office, then the refund and cancellation requests can be directly made online from the My Bookings section i.e. available on the official website or mobile application.

· In the event, if the flight tickets are used before 31st October 2020 for a departure on or before 15 June 2021, then Air France may increase the voucher value by a bonus of up to 15% or even a refund considering the health related situations.
